For centuries, Chinese people have practiced Tai’ Chi Ch'uan for health, as a martial art, a means of exercise and self-development. See for yourself how the slow movements of this art can help reduce the effects of stress and improve your fitness, flexibility, balance, concentration, and health. This is an excellent, low-impact, non-contact physical fitness program that's ideal for all adults.

*Safe social-distancing protocol will be practiced and required by all staff, instructors and participants and you will be emailed the guidelines.
