Supporting a Balanced and Well Connected Life Through Active Aging
Join players from the Minnesota Wind Chill, Minnesota’s professional ultimate frisbee team, for a fun, high-energy ultimate frisbee clinic. Participants will be introduced to the sport through engaging drills, skill-building activities, and game play that promote teamwork, physical activity, and fun. This experience is designed to help youth build confidence, learn the basics of ultimate frisbee, and enjoy an active session with professional coaches. All necessary equipment, including frisbees, will be provided. This special clinic will be held on July 27 from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

About the Minnesota Wind Chill:
The Minnesota Wind Chill are Minnesota’s professional men’s ultimate frisbee team. In addition to competing at a high level in the UFA, the Wind Chill are committed to growing the sport through youth clinics, camps, and community-based programming. Their youth experiences are designed to help participants build skills, confidence, teamwork, and game knowledge in a fun, supportive environment led by experienced players and coaches.
