Level 5/6

Aquatics / Regular Lessons (Ages 5 and up) / Level 5/6 - Stroke Refinement/Skill Proficiency/Fitness Swimmer -
Spring/Summer 24

These lessons teach further coordination and refinement of the strokes learned in Level 4 so students swim them with ease, efficiency, power, and smoothness over greater distances. Students will swim to improve their fitness level as they refine their strokes. They will also learn surface dives, mastery of flip turns, underwater streamline for 10 dolphin kicks, and an introduction to competitive swimming skills.
